Smile Am i too short?

Ive been watching the WNBA so far and sadly its been depressing me. I am 14, 5'2 and have been playing basketball for 11 years so far and ive been thinking about how my height will affect me in college or when i hopefully make it to the WNBA. Do you think it will be hard for me to make teams or people would turn me down because of it? It makes me kinda mad when i think about it because its what i want to do and because of something i cant change i might not get the opportunity. Thoughts? Opinions?

Okay i think that you are never to short to play basketball it is kind of one of those sports where hight doesnt matter it is what you do with your hight. for an example nate robinson is 5'9 and he is a basketball star, and is the shortest player in the NBA to ever win a dunk contest. so if that is not proof that you do not have to be tall to play basketball i don't know what is.

It'll be hard but if you work on your strength.. you should be fine. Many woman basketball players are tall but lanky.. try to be short, quick but powerful... like an Allen Iverson.

That is a great Idea, but its your skills not your height.
