#1 Pick

Who does Toronto target? With Charlie and Bosh it's tough to say. Do they look to Adam Morrison for an outside player? They were interested in Andrea Bargnani, but is he worthy of a #1 pick? Are Lamarcus or Tyrus ruled out?

If I were the Toronto Raptors, i'd draft Brandon Roy. He can do everything well, and could be a huge piece to that puzzle.

I dont even know on this one, Toronto is so messed up I dont know where to start. Maybe since they have young players at the C, PF and SF positions maybe they need a SG.

the Raptors gm from what i hear is a huge fan of Bargnani and their is a rumor that Bargnani only wants to play for the Raptors..... i do know that a bunch of the Raptors decision makers were in Italy recently to watch him play

Chris Bosh has said publicly for awhile that he wanted LaMarcus Aldridge to be the guy the Raptors drafted so it'll intersting to see if they try 2 please Bosh and get him 2 sign that extension this summer or if they draft the guy they want

dont rule out the Raptors trading this pick...... for a more proven player

ive heard a couple Charlie V/ 1st pick for Gasol rumors

*Yeah Brian Colangelo is very high on Andrea Bargani but isn't ruling out TT, LA and Rudy Gay. BC did send the head coach and Embry to Italy to see him play

*Bosh said that we had enough finest big men and that we should get a banger. But BC feels that the raptors aren?t talented enough to pick around player.

*Bosh didn?t say he would prefer Lamarcus but just talked about there relationship and that he thinks he would be a great player.

*BC is also considering trading the pick possible to Portland for their pick and one of there pg and hoping that Andrea will fall to 4 or if BC is convinced that there is a clear cut number 1 in his mind look for the raptors to keep the pick.

Raptors won't draft Adam Morrison... we don't have anywhere to play him and we have plenty of outside threats. What we need is a banger and a tough player in the paint... more of an inside presence because we are really soft down low. We can score with the best of them we just can't stop teams in the paint.

i think its best we draft the most talented player regardless of position. Any other need we can answer through FA and trades

Bring in LaMarcus. He will add on a few pounds and turn into the banger that we want him to be. That is all speculation by me though, and wishes I guess :P.

Hmmm Chris Bosh does not want him... and we have not signed Bosh long term yet. Bosh wants Aldridge.

But Aldridge doesn't suit our team. I don't really like Aldridge. I hope the management has a nice talk with bosh.

i think the Raps should draft lamarcus. He would fit right in (He and bosh have a little friendly rivalry back from the high school games in texas) and that would be quite a set of towers down low.

We are going to be way to soft if we draft Andrea... but lets see what happends. BC knows what he is doing.
