So for SO many years all the blame for the Lions failures was put onto the shoulders of Joey Harrington and mainly ONLY Joey Harrington. He leaves and we STILL cant get a win! How we feelin about that now Dre? How about you shut your mouth and make a play! I have said this time and time again.....
You could put Peyton Manning behind this horrible offensive line and he would struggle. This is absolutely ridiculous how bad this offensive line looks! Rex Tucker has NO BUSINESS being in this league, its almost embarrassing! Actually it IS embarrassing!!! Joseph is making our defense look disgusting and the offensive line is making our offense look pitiful!
I for one am thankful for......... Jason Hanson!!! WOOHOO! Lets go number 4!!!!!

It's sad that the best player on the team is the kicker. I have never really blamed Joey for the failure. Yes, I do believe he still could've played better while he was here but it wasn't all his fault. I think over a period of time he got comfortable being able to blame the offensive line and just went along with it. But for myself the blame goes to Millen, he's obviously a horrible manager. We've been blaming the systems, coaches, etc for years and after you've tried different things for sooo long it has to be something else. Everyone (well the majority) has blamed everybody but Millen for the failure. It's finally time to just FIRE MILLEN. We've tried different systems over and over, and nothing has worked. It's obvious that Millen is just confused and doesn't know where to start building for success. I don't think we should get rid of Marinelli, Martz, any of the coaching staff. I've seen some plays that have looked great this year. If Millen is fired after this season he will never be fired.

I never blamed Joey either, ain't his fault his team quit on him. He got no blocking, WRs dropped passes, and all of that crap but Joey continuely got all the blame. It was fun to see him comeback and tell all them fans who bashed him to kiss his ass. Fuck the Lions thats all I got to say.

I never thought it was Joey's fault, he just wasnt put in a position to succede. With no one around him it wouldnt of mattered if he was Joe Montana he still would of lost. You have to blame the FO and particularly Millen for not putting a supporting cast together and running the kid out of town. I think they would of been better off with Joey than Kitna but thats my own opinion lol

It's dumb how Joey was picked to be the scapegoat. Mornigwheg(SP?) got fired because he was the one who said Joey wasn't a west coast QB. Millen wanted a west coast offense which is why they brought in Mariucci. Joey's career got screwed over because of this, a horrible offensive line and WR's who couldn't catch to save their lives. The Lions led the league in drops last year and they get rid of the QB?!?! That just goes to show how dumb Millen really is and that the Ford's really need to let go of the team.

I think it's pretty obvious Millen doesn't know what he wants. That's why he hasn't been able to put together a successful team yet. FIRE MILLEN!

A lot of what Millen has done lately has to do with the Ford's as well but he hasn't done anything special either. Nothing is going to change in this franchise until you take out the top. Although, I do agree with you on the Fire Millen thing too. The Lions have the worst record since 2001...which is when Millen took over too. So what does Ford do? He gives Millen a 5 year extension.
