Baseball Question

Why is there 6 teams in the NL central, while the AL West only has 4 teams? I would put the Stros in the NL West, and eather move the Rockies or D-Backs into the AL West so that every division has 5 teams. Anyone with me?

What do you do then, w/ 15 teams in each league?? An interleague game every day??
I don't think so.
