How to gain muscle mass for basketball shape?
Here's the thing! I started working out about a month ago and weighed in at 189! I'm 6'4 and i know if i want to play for a collage i'm going to need to be a shooting gaurd with some muscle mass to me! I have 8 month before i will be attending open tryouts! But i haven't seen any results since i have been working out, i have been eating good! Protein shakes, protein & carbs and 3 meals a day! I have been using supplements thats supposed to help with creatine and i have only gained 2 pounds and i'm still packing on some fat! I don't mean to be in patient but i need to start seeing some serious gains and i know the coaches i will be seeing need to some some muscle out of me! Does any body have any answers into what i need to do to shed the fat and gain some serious muscle mass????
