Do you think the blazers can make the playoffs? The west is so dominant. Lakers, Hornets, Suns, Spurs, Mavericks, Jazz, Rockets, Nuggets, warriors, even the clippers are decent. That is 11 teams including blazers. Are they good enough?

They have amazing young talent (Oden, Brandon, Bayless and Fernandez to name a few) but it may take a year or two for a couple of those players (Mainly the rookies) to get comfortable at NBA-Level.
That being said, Fernandez is already an established international for Spain and has loads of experience so adapting wouldn't be a problem for him, and Oden seems like one of those players who has the ability to be dominant straight away. If not this year, playoffs will become a reachable objective in the next couple of years for the Blazers. |

i agree with Ringo...
you should listen to us aussie blokes we now what we are on about lol nar but in all seriousness i strongly believe if the blazers dont do anything stupid like trading off some of their younger stars for experienced players and just be patient they will have their chance at a championship in about 2 or 3 seasons. but they deffinatly will be competative in the playoffs this year if oden, bayless and brandon fire its a certainty. |
