What makes Alston a consistent scorer? How can you be consistent in dishing? That depends on if your teammates get open or not. ;)

Rafaer Alston IMO is the better player. Rafer Alston has stepped his game up to a level that J Will just isn't at right now in terms of leadership. He can score, pass, dribble. He is a solid point guard and would greatly benefit anyone's starting lineup.

I agree. You guys are saying he's suchhhhh a great leader well prove this to me. What has he done to make himself a leader? Is that why he was quitting in toronto? IMO if it wasn't for J-will the heat might not have even won the finals. He's the one that stepped up game 6 vs detroit. He was the one that decided he was going to be a leader. Yes he's had some problems, but at the same time you can't tell me that's not leadership. Since so many of you like to compare stats look at their numbers on nba.cm and tell me that they haven't been consistent. They both have been "consistent" their whole career. So don't tell me Alston has been more consistent than J-will. And as some of you love to say: "the numbers don't lie"
