It's not totally unrealistic. Players spend extra time throughout their careers improving on certain areas of their game and this is basically what that is. It's not like they can get A's all across the board because they're only allowed to get 3 upgrades per player in that players career.

Well thats why there is potential players develop in realistic places. This is basically just buying abbilty. The league would be better without just like we started with.

True there is potential, but that's only scouted potential. I've seen players have a lot of potential to only go backwards in training camps. It is buying ability but it isn't. Sometimes players develop more than people expect from them but I do get where you're coming from but at the same time majority of the league kept asking and asking for it and even though this isn't any other league, there hasn't been any other league I've been in that hasn't had this type of system.
