Only if he can come up with a signature low-post move, have his midrange J drop more consistently, & if his foul shooting's improved. Other than that, Dwight's going to be a beast. He's already a huge maniac on the glass who can anticipate where the ball's going to come off the rim. Also, he's a good NBA defender & the guy's built like a huge army tank. Him carrying that 270 pound body frame's going to cause a lot of problems for opposing big men down low, but he's also very athletic.

This kid is dominating right now. I'll admit when he first came into the league and everyone was calling him the next Shaq and all of that I didn't buy into it but man this kid is dominating right now and I think he will carry this team to the playoffs. He put up a 20/20 game against KG last night and his defense has been outstanding too. I'm mad because I don't get to watch them much. Instead of showing Wade and Lebron every damn week they need to show some other teams like Orlando on national tv.

I read in Sports Illustrated that Yao Ming is only intimidated by one player - Dwight Howard.
I think Dwight Howard has peeked. -

He is NOT gonna be as good as Amare? Well last I checked Amare is ALWAYS getting hurt it seems like and he missed almost all of last year due to some eye surgery i believe it was. And what did Dwight do? Oh yeah thats right. Win defensive player of the year, lead the league in rebounds and blocks per game, and dont forget, took the magic to the finals. So im not sure we can say that Amare is better then Dwight. Do I think Amare can be better then Dwight if Amare is on fire? Sure. So can every other big man in the league. I think Dwight's main problem is he is super inconsistent. And when he starts dropping at least 20 every game, I dont mean average 20 but actually get 20 a game, then I think he will be dominate because we all know you cant stop him on the boards. Sorry about the length.
