Here in my country, Catalonia is the oficcial day of i dunno right now, I remember I was in a 200 hundred paella when someone was watching tv said it.

I remember I was eating a bowl of cereal(which I rarely do in the morning)and watching the Today show, when the story broke. I saw the second plane hit and my heart sunk. When I was getting ready for work this morning, the news had a little spot on letting people tell what they were doing when they heard about it first. Then they showed footage of that day and I kinda got teary-eyed. It doesn't seem like it was five years ago. It's still sad. :(

I dunno..I am letting it go. I'm not gonna spend a day remembering a tragedy for the rest of my life. It's been 5 years. Unless you know somebody that was killed, we should probably move on no? Not judging you if you haven't. I kind of relate it to a celebrity being killed or something. Sure it's sad at the moment. It's sad when you see their family and their hurt. But why dwell on it constantly when it didn't directly effect you. We have a ton of our own problems which do directly effect us...i'm gonna get happy/sad about those instead.

Not taking anything away from the event..and what happened..but 5 years...

it's kind of like we re-live this every year with the footage..and it brings it back..why do that to yourself?

The bell had just rang and I was on the way to my finance class. People were coming down the hall saying ?they bombed the World Trade Center.? When we got to class the TV on was and the teacher told us how terrorist had flown a plane into one the towers. I think we spent the remainder of our classes watching the news.

We were getting ready to take our daughter to pre-school when I saw it in the news on T.V. It was a wierd feeling, especially when the 2nd plane hit. I thought it was a replay footage.

I feel the same way. I feel so bad for those people who died and their families. And it makes me so mad and upset. So I try to avoid watching it on t.v.

I went to school like normal, had homeroom, math class was normal, passing the halls to my next class was normal. My teacher had the radio on, with this news, told us what happened, but not in that sense. We had a project that she gave time to do, so she just kept it on while working. My 3rd class is when I found out everything.
