I got this from Mobrulers thread. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I think that it is good to try other peoples ideas, so how bout we give eachother our idea of this
![]() I think that eggs, toast, and bacon with a glass of milk and some Sunny Delight is probably a good way to start off the day. |

The few times I'm actually up for breakfast I have a toasted bagel with plain creme cheese.

Hmmm. something like a bagel and cream cheese or a muffin, a piece of fruit and a glass of milk or juice would be a good breakfast.
I think I've eaten breakfast a total of maybe 15 times in my entire life...

I'd eat Ruthie Ann morning, noon and night.
But here's my usual breakfast: Weekdays when I work, just cereal and coffee. Weekends/days off, crunchy peanut butter on toasted wheat bread and a glass of milk. But if my wife is here, she wants to feed us so there will be French Toast, fried eggs, bacon, and sometimes fried rice with sausage.
