heres how it works:

there is a certain group of numbers, that no matter what, it will always be on of them. they all have the same sign. the signs switch every try though, so it looks more realistic.

The only numbers you can get through the method they use are 9, 18, 27, 36 etc. Multiples of 9. All multiples of 9 have the same symbol.
