it has been shown that rj and vc have some troubles playing with eachother and the game isnt as smooth when kmart was there. so here is my proposed trade to get some one decent
NETS GET
MAGLOIRE
JOE SMITH
PICK CONSIDERATIONS
MILWAUKEE GETS
RJ
CASH CONSIDERATIONS
THIS TRADE WOULD HELP BOTH TEAMS I THINK IT IS PRETTY FAIR

I'm not sure RJ for that garbage really helps you all that much man. Magglorie is nowhere near Jefferson's level. Why not just sign a bigman? Or try a sign and trade for Harrington? Harrington could fill the K-Mart role a little bit.

THEY COULD SIGN HARRINGTON AS THEIR SMALL FORWARD AND THIS WOULD BE THE STARTING 5
KIDD
CARTER

KRSTIC
THE BENCH WOULD BE JOE SMITH, COLLINS, MURRAY , AND JACQUE VAUGHN.
PLUS THE 1ST ROUND PICK THEY COULD USE TO DRAFT ANOTHER SOLID PLAYER FOR DEPTH.
THAT WAY HARRINGTON, CARTER, AND KIDD CAN GET OUT ON THE BREAK WHILE KRSTIC AND MAGLOIRE CAN SLOW DOWN THE HALF COURT GAME... NOT ALLOWING WADE PENETRATE TO THE MIDDLE AND SHAQ TO DOMINATE THE PAINT

It doesn't benefit the Bucks at all man. They'd be better running Kidd/Carter/Jefferson/Harrington/Kristic ...but I dunno if they are even interested in Harrington in the first place. Maglorie is a waste of a starter and would just slow them down. He simply isn't very good.
