AP - The Big East Conference and ESPN agreed Tuesday to a pair of six-year deals to extend coverage of football and men's and women's basketball through 2013.
A total of 17 football games each season, the most in conference history, will be carried on ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC. Four Big East games will be featured on ESPN's Thursday night package, and at least one game will air on the Saturday Prime Time series. Two games will be shown Sunday nights on ESPN, and one game will appear on Championship Saturday in December. |
