This is a question that I have been asked a lot within the last few months. I wanted to get others opinions.

What makes a successful coach?

A good coach is one who compliments the team on a regular basis, always keeping the vibe up.. cutting a team down will only cause more problems than good... always be positive..

PASSION
If coaches don't have passion, they should leave, All I want to see in a coach is intrest. Coach K,Roy,Dean have passion. Passion = Wins.

Agree if you do not know your players strengths and weakness you will not know how to use them in a game.

Allow me to address 1 concern, know your players as frens, you still a coach where it will make you and your players as family where spirit of fight for game is there.
