Kobe Traded???

In spite of all rumors and false statements, the question lingers in my mind. would you trade kobe to any other team? is so which? or would you keep what the lakers are trying to do and built the team around him? and at the end of the day would you really think he will be traded?

If I were the Lakers, I would have traded Kobe and Odom and Andrew Bynum plus the Lakers 1st round pick for Raef Lafrentz (Big Expiring contract) and Jammal Maglorie (Signed and traded, Expreniced back up center) and Brandon Roy (Young SG to replace Kobe) and their number 1 pick, and then drafted Greg Oden. I mean, if they are really trying to rebuild, why wouldn't you do that? You get a rock at center that you haven't had since Shaq was traded, plus you get major cap room in a year or two to pursue a marquee free agent PLUS a talented up and coming two-guard who can lead a locker room.

Now though, it would be stupid because theres no way you could get good value for the guy unless someone is willing to offer you all of there 1st round picks for the next 10 years or something ridiculous like that. They might as well keep him and hope the team around him matures into something special.

Theres no way he will be traded.
