Default Kobe's One-Game Suspension

Do ya'll think that it's right for Kobe Bryant being out for one game last night against New York (which resulted in a loss) because of him hitting Manu Ginobili down to the ground after he rejected his shot? They made it seem like it was intentional, but I don't think he intentionally did it. I'm not a huge Kobe fan myself, but I think the NBA went over the top with this decision. It happens in a game all the time.
