Basketball and Dunking Addict
Hey everyone. I love basketball. I love vertical jump training and dunking. Effectively dunking ruined my game
 Once you can dunk you forget to shoot three pointers.. hehe. I have a site providing a ton of free vertical jump training info and I am glad to provide free advice to anyone looking to work on the vertical jump and training. It's my passion and obsession. Has been for 10 years. Look forward to posting in this forum.
