I think we have a good team but we aren't really going anywhere and we need a shake-up!!!
I feel a big change is needed....and I think the answer is to trade Jermaine O'Neal. If we traded him to someone i.e the Celtics (I heard they want a good PF-C) so they would be happy and in return we could get a coupl of draft picks which would be good and maybe delonte west and Theo Ratliff. I would do this however it's just an idea...what do you think? |

Maybe trading JO is the right move for this team but if they do I think Stephen Jackson needs to go too and if you do give up JO you better get back more in return then just Delonte West and Theo Ratliff, I don't care if they is draftpicks included. If i'm Indiana I try to trade JO to a team out west like Golden State for like Jason Richardson or something or to Seattle for like Rashard Lewis.

Yea I agree, Delonte West and Theo Ratliff would be a steal for Boston IMO. That wouldn't help progress Indy too much either.
