Is it safe to call a game a fluke?

If somebody says that a game is a fluke, could that really be true? I personally do no think a game is a fluke, unless a player gets the star treatment.

When a player drops 40+ a game for the first time in his career then never repeats it, it's a fluke.

IDK about fluke but I know you can call it fixed as long as it's a nba game.
