Most Overrated/Underrated Player

Who is the most overrated and underrated player to you?

To me:

Underrated Player = Lamar Odom

Every team he has played for he has been behind another major star and he doesn't get even half the credit he deserves. He's easily a 20/8/8 player because of his versitially.

Overrated Player = Kind of tough to decide here but I'm going to have to say Jason Richardson

Every since he's came into the NBA people have been waiting for him to because this big superstar, MVP type player and he hasn't reached that level after 4-5 seasons. He still has time but I don't see him reaching that level...ever.

Under- Gasol Look what they do with him on the court and look what they do with out him

Over- Shaq He is big, fat, slow and constinly dont get called for fouls that other people get called for.

Overrated: Dwyane Wade
Underrated: You may find this wierd, but its Carmelo Anthony. He is better at everything than Wade, except for his assists, and he gets a fraction of a rebound less.

I agree completely. Not to mention every time Wade went to the basket last year it was a foul.. and keep in mind when he went to the basket he didn't make it he just threw it up because he knew freethrows were coming IMO.

the fact that the Sonics are 10-11

He's only 31% at the 3-point line, only averages 3.2 assists.

Lewis is a lot more productive. Allen is supposedly a great shooting threat, but continues to struggle with his shot. One day he's hot and the next 2, he's as cold as rain...

Overrated: Wade + Shaq, SAR, Mike Bibby

Overrated : Olowakandi - I thought he was going to be another dominant big man.

Underrated: Varejao- I like this guy's hustle and smart in terms of positioning. He does remind me of Rodman in that sense.
