Houston Rockets: They don't seem to understand that they need a PF. I realize this team has had lots of needs after drafting Yao Ming but this is going on year number 4 and they still have nothing now or in the future at the position.

Everyone list one...

It's really hard to choose a team because there are factors to consider to get players in specific positions, like availability, financial situations, etc.

Take for example, the Lakers last year. They have Smush Parker and an unknown rookie pg. I guess they don't really need a quality pg. They just need a good ball handler who can pass mainly to Kobe and Odom (actually, they need one who can learn the triangle offense for them).

As for Houston, I thought they have Juwan Howard, Stromile Swift and Lampe last season. It's just unfortunate, Swift was injured for some time.

Pistons and their bench. They were so great back when their bench was loaded and since than have really struggled with overplaying these starters who aren't use to so many big minutes and than just not having enough gas in the playoffs. The Pistons seem to never get that veteran guard or forward off the bench that they need so much that could come in everynight and make a impact.

Hawks seem to never have a good big men. They are really undersized, played Josh Smith at the 4 last year a little bit even and this year they have Shelden Williams, ZaZa Pachulia, and Lorenzen Wright but will that be enough?

The Celtics need someone who can come in and help our Paul Pierce and Wally and Theo Ratliff might not be enough. It would of been great if they could of signed someone like Drew Gooden, I think he would of been a nice fit there.

Raptors never seem to fill their need. They had Mike James, Morris Peterson, Charlie Villanueva, and Chris Bosh all they needed was to draft someone like Morrison, Foye, or Roy and got some veterans on the bench like Parker, Nesterovic, Fred Jones, and they would of been set.

The Pistons had a chance to really fuel the bench through the draft in '04. I know it's tired, but the failed Darko experiment actually subtracted from an already rapidly depleting bench. Anticipating the departure of Okur, and the age of the Wallaces, Joe does the "big for the future" thing. The bad thing is, it could have somehow all worked out, too. Darko might still become a grown man in this league.

Bosh, Wade, Anthony. Bosh, Wade, Anthony.

I would think more so their sg position than pg. I don't know why but they're still sticking with Miller.

I second that Denver Nugget's PG position considering that they've got Earl Boykins & Andre Miller who're both great PGs by the way. I think that you meant about us needing help at the 2-guard slot because ever since Carmelo came in, we've been constantly rotating guys like Wesley Person, Greg Buckner, DerMarr Johnson, Julius Hodge, & Voshon Lenard. Hopefully, J.R. Smith will pull through for us since he's the best SG we've ever had in the past four years, but I feel that we could still use a SG vet. Also, how about Minnesota & their huge weakness at C. Mark Blount's doing a fine job, but KG still has to hold down the fort as the only interior defender on the team. If he could have a big banger down there to just anchor the defensive wild cards for Minnesota, it'd open a whole lot of things for the Big Ticket.

Miller is inconsistent and they can't start boykins because of match up problems. He's too small.

exactly in the nba with big strong guards like baron and chauncey he has no chance
