Philadelphia Daily News - Last fall, Dajuan Wagner had major surgery to remove his colon and replace it with a new one. He is now on the road to recovery and is looking dominant in the Cherry Hill League.
"I've called three [NBA] clubs right now to tell them to send somebody down there," John Calipari said. "If he's back to that, there are teams out there that love guards that can score. They're not worried about defense. They're worried about points on the board. Well, he'll do that. There's no question he'll do it." "I kept fighting," Wagner said. "If I were a lot of people, I would have quit, but I ain't no quitter. I'll be back." Wagner figures he will get into a couple of NBA camps. If not there, he has feelers from overseas, including one from Maccabi Tel Aviv. |

Wagner was my favorite player in the league his rookie year. I really loved his game. He never got a real chance to prove himself after that though.

Wow. Reports before said he had colitis but it must've been really bad to have his entire colon removed. And I didn't know they replace colons now.

I always liked him when he was in cleveland, but it's like when they started getting lebron and trying to get people to build around him. He just fell right out of the picture.

Yea, but who knows maybe him and lebron didn't get along, or he didn't pass enough, or lebron just wanted him gone.
You have to remember with all that cleveland has done for lebron it's basically whatever lebron wants he gets.

I don't thoml tjeu got along and the reason why is because a dynamic duo like that, there is no reason they shouldn't be dominating. When LeBron got there I think that Dajuan may have been intimitated and that may have taken him out of his game which may be one of the reasons why he fell off.
