I'm sick of the Jordan/Wade comparisions out there. The reason why Wade won in his 3rd year is b/c he had a supporting cast Jordan didn't have until the 1990's. His cast is getting old and when they retire he's not going to win unless he gets another supporting cast like the one he has or like the ones Jordan had. I'm sick of it. If Jordan had Pippen and Grant and Kerr and Paxson and Buchlor and Cartwright and Kukoc when he first came into the league, he'd have won in his 3rd or 4th year like Wade as well. Plus Wade has Shaq. Jordan never had a big man like Shaq.

Wade carried his weak supporting cast and with the way Shaq played, I'd consider him part of the supporting cast as well.

Jordan carried his cast in the 90's. And Pippen was so badly hobbled in the 1998 Finals, it wasn't even funny. I would consider Pippen part of Jordan's cast as well. Shaq is not the dominant player he used to be, yes, but I still think he can make a big impact on the game. At any rate, Wade had Shaq. Did Jordan ever have a big man like Shaq? No.
