I AM WILLING TO BET that Dirk gets more calls for him that are incorrect.

Never again. Never say Mark Cuban is right. This guy is a total jerk and makes a mockery of the league with some of his actions.

I will take that bet any day of the week. Dirk gets the superstar call as well..i'm not going to deny that. He got it all through the Spurs series. That was no better then this. I'm not biased..nobody should get those types of alls..but I have learned to except it to a certain extent. However NOT with 2 seconds left with the game on the line. Ya just dont do that.

Mark Cuban is a Cocky SOB that thinks he knows how to fix everything. And thats why he's successful. Not only does he SAY things..but he backs it up with what he does...and I respect him for that.

But don't you kinda feel robbed of the greatness of the game when it's decided like that?

^^I do. My love for basketball, especially the Pistons is the sole reason I watch the NBA. I think that damn front office has ruined the game. There has to be more contact than that, or atleast any contact at all for you to make a call with 2 seconds left like that. It's wrong when games are decided by the officials, and that's happened more and more with this "new" NBA.

it happens in every sport. refs are human, believe it or not. the players are moving a lot faster than it looks like on your t.v., so its very difficult to call a game. i just don't believe in these gay conspiracy theories everyone cries about. let it rest or switch the channel is all i'm sayin.

I watched the game tonight . I agree with you. I t should'nt have been decided by a last call.

But I also remembered how Lakers beat Spurs in 0.4 sec... In this game there was 1.9 sec to go...

if refs had not called that foul, lets guess what would have happened.. another TO ?? orr Dallas win??

Officiating is also tough job

every single one of use saw that there was a foul on that play when it happened because dirk gave wade a SMALL push and wade acted well....unfortunatly that was the story of this series. Acting. The refs didnt do anything wrong, the players made it a hard series to officiate. Everytime wade got pushed, he almost fell or did fall. Everytime harris guarded wade he fell over and most of the time got a bad offensive foul. One of those games dirk fell on the ground on every shot even if he wasnt touched at all....the players are just getting too sophisticated for the game, and the team that loses gets pissed. People from Texas and people from Michigan are pissed right now (the only two states that voted against the heat to win it all when the teams were decided), but its understandibly so. I honestly don't remember a game this year that i didnt go on the espn boards and see "THE REFS GAVE THE GAME TO THE BLAHBLAHS". QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE REFS WHO ARE DOING THE BEST DAMN JOB THEY CAN.

That's why the Refs need to stop calling tht stuff. THEY are the reasons why all of this flopping is happening. If they stopped blewing their whistle at everything..it may stop. I wanna watch a game a basketball. The referees are gettign way to involved..and have been all year. I really hope there is a change.

well i mean, some players have perfected the flops (manu, collins) to the point where even on replay its hard to tell. Some players have perfected the "i got bumped and now im gunna fall" (wade, rip, dirk, manu again) and most of all player/ref contact has to be cut off. It is like driving, when someone is talking to you, your attention is not focused where it should be. The players that never stop jawing about dumbass crap (payton, sheed) affect the ref's attention, and when they dont have the benefit of a replay....its gotta be a hard foul to call, but there HAS TO BE A CALL.
