Who was the Greatest "Knick" ever?

Being a Patrick Ewing fan made me immediately answer the question that my hero was The Greatest Knick ever but whenever this question is asked to other Knicks fans they beg to defer. Though Ewing as the heart and soul of the Knicks for more than a decade he failed to reach his ultimate goal of a championship even though he achieved so many individual awards.

Thus, is the Greatest Knick ever was from the 1970s? Is it the big man Willis Reed or one of the backcourt partners: Earl "The Pearl" Monroe or Walt "Mr. Stylish" Frazier? One could even put superstar power forward Dave DeBusschere in the discussion.
