Hi guys, I'm really anxious as to know what I'm supossed to do with this new program I've got ...!
I can't lift weights because of my university schedule (pisses me off), so I'll be doing full plyometrics, from the beginners workout. What I don't get, is the Phases stuff, how am I supossed to complete this beginner's workout? I'm pretty confused with the instructions. That's all, thanks a lot everyone for helping out, I know the post is kinda out of place .. but hey, why not helping out someone ![]() |
