^^^ what does that have to do with question? lol. @ JAIME continue playing everyday. The life of an Nba player is playing ball everyday. Basketball=life. Make sure u are noticed. Play in every tournament/league you can and focus on getting better. Also, make sure you are constantly playing people that you know are better or older than you. Playing seven year olds won't make u better lol. Look for older/stronger/faster competition if u really want to improve. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

1st u r too young u r 14. I am 16 I have good 3pt shoot and good crossover and playing with 20+ years old guys but I am not so good, but my advice is to practise a lot
play in the school team play in every tournament and if u can be caught by a tv reporter with camera don't miss ur chance and play 120% of ur max. Someone will see u. But u need to practise. And practise with taller, faster, heavier, better, older players. That's the way

Dude...here is what you need to do!
im an aussie and the way that our boys have made it over there is by playing in our national competion..ours being the NBL. then go over and play college or get picked up by scouts. If you can make it into your countries team then you have the exposure. obviously you need to get there first. You are still really young so you need to find out what sorta local teams you can play for that will lead you in this direction....teams that play on a larger scale and play interstate. we have local teams over here that you are able to join that do those sorts of things and thats pretty much the first step. |

If you're 5"9 at 14 years old, chances are you'll grow into around 6"5 in a couple of years.
Just sayin' Play everyday and give yourself maximum exposure and thus oppurtunity of getting picked up by scouts. Play in a shit-load of tournaments. In my city (Canberra, capital of Australia), there's the AIS (Aussie institute of Sports) that have elite basketball programs for juniors. That's how Patty Mills got trained and picked up by St. Maryland's. If you have anything like the AIS in your city, don't stop trying to get into that program. Best of luck. |
