The Pacer's Stephen Jackson will head to trial on Feb 12 for charges involving a shooting incident outside a strip club. Jackson is already on probation for the infamous brawl involving fans in a game against the Piston two years back. If he's convicted on any charges, should the NBA pose a lifetime ban?

Well, if he's found guilty, it may not matter what the NBA does; he may be in jail! If he gets yet more probation (not likely), I don't know. What would happen in the real world to your job? But then, they aren't in the "real world" are they?
