When, why, and how did HoopsTalk become so inactive? Not too long ago there we're a lot of different posters and now it seems like the same bunch.

That's what most of us are trying to figure out and trying to fix. I think most of the reason is over the past couple of months we had those times where TONS of articles were just being posted and it was no response to them because no one cared. Also, there hasn't been as many new people on a regular basis as it use to be. Don't worry though the season just kicked off and the staff is doing there best (i hope) to get this board running again.

Once we get our damn banners redone and a few other stuff I'll send a balk email to all HT's members and hopefully that will bring some people back. Some people left because of inactivity, all the articles, and I bet some people just forgot about the forum so like I said hopefully that will bring a little more activity but I got to get someone to do these banners first.

It's been busy at work and when I'm at home, I get to spend time with my baby. (I'm sure this is the last one...unless Ruthie wants another one) ;)

I'm sure the others have other reasons too, but don't worry, you guys do a good job and keep the members happy.

Seriously, I don't think there's anything to worry about either. Like DTP said, maybe some just need reminders.

insidehoops get an awful lot of traffic still. I think you guys should look at putting a streetball section up here, and maybe one for advice on improving our personal games.
