Referrals Listing

What do you guys think about starting today me making a thing under peoples name..like under Favorite Team or whatever...and making it say Referrals. Everytime they referred somebody I would change the number to something. it'd be a way to keep track of them, and people might be more interested in getting referrals to increase their numbers.

Thoughts?

Great idea, I had this on my site for a short time and people want to recruit members so they have a high number.
