If you are the Bulls, who to take with the first pick?

I think the Bulls should take Rose. The Bulls have a decent PG in Heinrik, but he would be better coming off the bench. The bulls already have Deng, Gordon, Noicioni, Gooden, Hughes, and Noah, and adding Rose would make them a really tough team to beat. Kirk struggled last year and having him off the bench would give the Bulls one of the best point guard combinations in the NBA.
