When do we drop this kid, I say trade him why he has a little value. I thought it was dumb to trade Evans and keep Delfino, Evans came in every night and hustled his ass off for his minutes and you atleast saw the effort everynight but Delfino just thinks he can come here slack off in practice and just have minutes handed to him. Then he goes back home during offseason and whines his ass off all summer about how he wants playing time and wants to get out of detroit or whatever I say trade his ass. It would be great if Utah took him for Dee Brown.

I dont disagree with you much, but I STRONGLY disagree with you on this point. Are you only looking at the offensive end of the ball? Sure he struggles with his shot now and probably is a little apprehensive about driving on that knee (which is his game) but you cannot tell me that the guy doesnt hustle and play defense! For you to bring up Evans??? Come on, youre a smarter basketball fan than that! Evans was getting KILLED last year, he was a defensive liability and not a strong enough offensive player to let the defensive lapses slide. Thats why hes not here anymore. Also why would we go after Dee Brown? He is an undersized point guard and I think we're set at that position which is why Blalock will be sent down. I dont see why so many of you hate Delfino, he provides much more than any of those other guys you all are throwing out there like Dupree, Evans and others. If he would stick to his game and be the slasher that he is I think alot of you would be changing your minds.

Mo was not that bad on defense at all, sure he got beat by guys like Kobe and Carter when he played them one on one but he also played great against guys like Arenas and he played the passing lanes nicely too. Watching Evans last night in LA just made me so mad because he should still be here and Delfino should be gone. I hope Dupree gets more time and play like he did the end of the 05 season if Delfino doesn't step it up soon.

Dez...............you're so testy about this. (ha,ha)

While I'm not a huge Delfino fan, I'll admit when I'm proven wrong. He played great last night and he was showing true TEAMwork.
Now....if he plays like this in the regular season, I'll put my foot back in my mouth and swallow really hard.

See? I can admit to being wrong..........but it was only ONE game, Dez.

*Delfino lover* :P

lol im not so much testy as I am pretty much fed up with all the Trade or cut Delfino talk. I just dont understand why people question Joe Dumars moves. He obviously sees something in the kid and to be honest I kinda do too. Thats why it just gets annoying to me...... not you though Ruthie, I still love ya babe!

NOW POST YOUR DAMN PICTURE!!!

I will post my picture.....promise.

Like I said, hopefully Carlos will keep this up into the regular season and hopefully Flip will play him more. He did look really good on Tuesday's game.

I didn't get Wednesday's game on tv, so I don't know if he played or how well he played.......................

*sigh* I've barely had the chance to see any of the preseason games this year. I've seen maybe a total of 5 minutes combined and from what I've seen I was pretty impressed, but I can't really base anything on 5 minutes. However from reading what other people have had to say I'm kind of excited.

I haven't seen any of the preseason games. Well, at least not for the Pistons, anyway. I can't wait for the regular season to begin.

And Ruthie, there's nothing wrong with being a Delfino lover. I happen to be one myself. It's been a while, a long while, since I've actually seen him play, but I still think he has mad potential.......Does that make me crazy?

I only get to see the games if they are on FSN Detroit. I only saw two pre-season games. Delfino was playing in these games, of course, but I don't know if he'll play in the regular season as much.....maybe early on.
I'm just trying to rile Dez up about this, in a funny way. He laughs at me for being a McDyess fan...........yes, you did Dez.....don't deny it!!
Delfino has great potential, but he sometimes plays like he's lost and makes THE dumbest mistakes. I also didn't like the way Delfino bitched about shit during the off-season. Shut your damn mouth....much the same to Ben, too. Quit whining and use that energy when you're playing.
I think Blalock plays better than him. I can't believe that kid is only a rookie. He handles himself very well on the court.......but he probably won't see much playing time.

Delfino lovers unite!!!!

I'll stand by McDyess all by my lonesome, thank you very much. lol.....

Girl, I already know you were trying to get Dez all riled up, in hopes that he would get mad and whip out his.......Anyways, that whole off-season thing with him, got me a little riled up too. I wish his ass would just break out already.

And for the record, you're not standing alone. I love Dyess. He has saved the team's ass, on more than one occasion. He knows his role and he sure doesn't complain about it. Who wouldn't love a guy like that?
