Dumars Keeping Eye Out For Veteran Point Guard

Detroit News - Joe Dumars is reportedly keeping a close eye on the waiver eye in search for a veteran point guard.

Chauncey Billups and Lindsey Hunter are the two point guards on the roster.

Flip Murray isn't a point and Willie is NBDL bound. Anyone we pick up would be on the injured reserve, so this is basically the same as when Hubert and Tremaine Fowlkes battled for their 35 total season minutes in 04.

I agree. IMO he needs to be looking for a veteran wing player. Or just a wing player period to come off the bench.

Flip is a combo guard so I don't see why we need another pg. Also Tay can run point sometimes if we need it, I just don't see the need for another PG.
