Boston Herald - New point guard Sebastian Telfair has guaranteed Celtics fans that the team will be in the playoffs this season.

?I guarantee it,? Telfair said.

After two years of ?Let?s give the kids time to develop? and ?The important thing is just to improve,? the fact the Celtics have put their name on even such a modest goal as this signals that the time to hesitate is through. There?s no time to wallow in the lottery mire.
