Wally Happy To Stay In Boston

Boston Herald - Wally Szczerbiak and his wife were setting up their permanent residence outside Boston, but the trade rumors involving him in a deal for Allen Iverson were making the summer stressful for the Celtics' swingman.

?Things had calmed down by then,? he said. ?Danny assured me then that pretty much everything had blown over.?

His knee is also feeling much better.

?There?s no question,? he said. ?I?m moving so much better. I feel good. We took care of everything we needed to take care of. It was a pretty minor procedure. I?ve been working hard all summer, just doing a lot of rehab and strength work. Now we?re starting to amp up the running and the full-court work.?

I dunno why, the Celtics have no potential. They may have had some when Walker returned, but it's all gone now.
