I think they need pick up someone down low like Drew Gooden who plays defense and can score from time to time.

The Celtics are my favorite team. If I were the GM I would make some trades. Paul Pierce would NOT be going anywhere. People in Boston dont give Pierce enough credit for what he does. I would take a look at Wally (hes good but the salary is killing us) I would also do my best to trade away LaFrentz. He may be a good shooter and he really does hustle, but I dont think he fits well with what the Celtics needs are. I hope they take a serious look at signing Ben Wallace. He isn't an offensive player by any means, but a defensive center who can rebound the ball like no other is what they need...Ben Wallace answers this call perfectly. I would also try to sign a veteran point guard for Delonte West to study under. He showed flashes of brilliance during the season and with a little more time under his belt should be an all-star calibur player. The future for the C's is bright and Pierce and Green will lead this team to a contender for the championship in the next couple years.

I agree with most of that, I liek Raef but i'm not sure the Celtics really need him. Wally though you'd have to get something good back for, I think with some time playing with Pierce..they could be a nice combo together. I wouldn't let Paul Pierce go for anything though, hes a flat out stud and coming off a career year I believe. The reason he doesn't get credit though..is because he didnt carry the team into the playoffs like the other superstars did this year.
I'm a big Green fan, definately interested to see how his career goes. I'd a takin him top 5 in the draft...Celtics got a steal IMO.
