Improvements for next season(09/10)

Now that the Celtics lost and have a good look at themselves and see who the real players...what can they do for next year??
I think kg is the rock there and will finish his career there.
Pierce is a caption but he doesn't seem to try hard enough sometimes?? That really a stupid thought.
Rondo is just amazing and can only improve.
Ray Allen chokes too much in games. He can have historic games (51 against Chicago) but then not hit a shot the next game...(p.s this has nothing to do with it but why 2 shooting sleeves?? just wondering)
I reckon he is past his prime and they may need to trade him away...maybe for mayo or one of these young guns rising in the league. If Durant is possible:P
They should re-establish a new 3 headed monster.
And there bench has really come on strong too...nearly the best in the league I think. house, davis, powe marbury, moore
what do you think??

Shooters can last longer in the league because they tend to use less of there athleticism compared to their skill. He still has some game left in his tank.

Sheed is a great improvement, incase KG or any big goes down again.
