Scoreboard added

If you look just below the menu a scoreboard has been added. I only added basketball, but other sports can be added as well if everyone would like.

Also. the scoreboard isn't visable from the team forums as of yet, but I will go through and add the code to each of those later.

I moved it to the bottom but I changed the size again. horizontal scroll bars irk me :\
