Dude...here is what you need to do!
im an aussie and the way that our boys have made it over there is by playing in our national competion..ours being the NBL. then go over and play college or get picked up by scouts.
If you can make it into your countries team then you have the exposure.
obviously you need to get there first.
You are still really young so you need to find out what sorta local teams you can play for that will lead you in this direction....teams that play on a larger scale and play interstate.
we have local teams over here that you are able to join that do those sorts of things and thats pretty much the first step.
