I really want to make it to the NBA. Can you guys help me out?

Im a english kid living in a small town (telford, shropshire) im also 14. 5"9. Im Point Guard the cross of mine is that good, people will fall on their ass. I get called Allen Iverson because im basically like him lol :P

Me and my mate really want to make it. we play everyday. can anyone tell me how to make it what do I have to go through to get to that level.
