OK everyone, to celebrate our new board software and all the new features it will be bringing our way I am pleased to announce the first ever HoopsTalk.net giveaway contest.

About the Contest
It's a referral contest. The contest will help bring new members to HoopsTalk and get you FREE stuff shipped to your door. To get your referral link simply visit your UserCP. It's right there at the top middle.

So how do I win?
Simple, this is a referral contest. The first member that refers 30 new members to HT wins the prize. We're giving away 2 so even the runner up gets one!

Rules
- The rules are simple. Go out and tell people about HT!
- Absolutely NO EMAIL SPAMMING! (Violators will be disqualified and possibly banned temporarily from the site.)
- The contest is over when the first user hits 30 referrals -OR- 2 weeks from today whichever comes first.
- Each referral must make a minimum of 5 posts to count.
- HoopsTalk staff ARE allowed to participate.

OK but how do I make sure I get credit for my referrals and how do we keep everyone honest?
Again, easy. Simply tell all your friends to fill in your name in the referral block when signing up - OR - even better just go here and get your referral link! That way you automatically get credit for anyone that signs up to the site through that link no matter if they enter your name or not.

I will post screenshots from the admin panel showing everyone's referrals every other day. You can also see how many referrals you have in your UserCP, same place you get your link.
