Yea having those rode games early really doesn't help, then it's not any better when you have such a huge time difference.

Also yes ben can grab offensive boards, but who's to say all the offensive rebounds manifested into something good. We know ben wanted the ball more so unless he HAD to pass it off of those boards he probably went back up a lot of times or got fouled. (turnover) I'm not saying that offensive rebounding isn't important because it is but I just don't think we should pay a guy even 48 million (what we offered him) if the best thing he can do on offense is rebound. Basically, all ben wallace's game was rebounding. His blocks continued to go down every year, ALONG WITH REBOUNDING. IMO ben was just hurting us on the offfensive end. You can see the differene on both sides of the ball though. I watch now and the offense doesn't hesitate like they did with ben on the floor IMO. I mean some of the passes I saw Chauncey make to Nazr would've thought twice about making to Ben. I just think the most important factor in losing ben is inside defense, which if flip is a good enough coach can fix that.
