The teams that I like to watch in such tournaments are (no specific order);

Italy,Spain, Brasil, USA, Serbian and Montegero, Greece ( recent years), Puerto Rico,
New Zeland with their interesting opening ,Haka Dance

and of course Turkey.
I can't say same thing for France even they have Tony Parker and Germany with Dirk Nowitzki...

For People who doesn't have idea about Haka Dance, here is different samples. it's succer version, but they do the almost same thing on the court.
