Actually nike does double it if he signs with NY,La, or CHI. I think it depends on how the franchise is doing when it's time for him to decide. But he better stay as many dumb moves as that franchise has done. They got rid of paul silas as soon as the cavs were in the playoffs, and the next coach just blew it. Then when ricky davis was at the top of his career they got rid of him because he was getting more shine than everybody on the team. So if he doesnt stay he will make the franchise look like a joke.
