This tutorial is for psp preferably 10.00.
I created this tutorials when I wanted to make a outer space sig It creates a multi color
black hole it looks like this:
First create a new image 400 by 160 background black.
First pick the twirly star brush and size it to 368 color white.
Take the brush and stamp it on the image two times once on the left once on the right it should look like this:
Then choose adjust and blur select the highest blur. Then go to effects and distortion
select twirl.It should look like this. :
Repeat the step in a color of your choice and decreasing in blur level mine looks like this:
Repeat again lowering blur level again and choosing your own color my final version was this:
