While you're technically correct in terms of physics and blackbody radiation which begins to produce radiation at visible wavelengths starting at red, going through orange, yellow, and white before ending up at blue as the temperature increases, there is no such word in the English language as Blue-Hot.
Red-Hot and White-Hot are established words in the English language, and since White-Hot denotes a temperature greater than Red-Hot, I think it's easy to understand why the Heat management latched onto this promotional scheme rather than Red-Hot. Also, White-Hot doesn't usually carry the connotations that Red-Hot does in terms of sexuality (Red-Hot Mama, etc.), but rather, conveys a great intensity.
